Welcome to HeraklionTaxi.com. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking becomes valid only after written confirmation via email.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to review all booking details (date, time, destination, passenger count) and notify us of any discrepancies.

2. Pricing & Additional Charges

• All prices cover only the initially agreed route, time of rental and services.

• Extra stops, detours, or delays caused by the passenger may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Options

• Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver, or by creditcard or by debitcard

• By bank transfer upon prior agreement.

4. Flight Monitoring & Delays

• We monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times if needed — at no extra charge.

• While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be sent via email and are considered valid only after written confirmation from us.

6. No-Show Terms

• A “no-show” is defined as the customer not being present at the agreed location and time.

• Incorrect or missing address details at booking may also result in a no-show classification.

7. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage

• Our vehicles legally accommodate up to 4 passengers.

• Luggage limit per transfer:

  • 2 hand bags (max 10kg each)

  • 2 medium suitcases (max 25kg each)

• The customer must inform us in advance of any extra luggage or special needs, such as child seats.
• Infants and children count as full passengers, and the correct seat will be provided based on their age and size.

8. Safety & Refusal of Service

• Our drivers reserve the right to deny boarding if a customer:

  • Appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances

  • Behaves aggressively or poses a risk to the driver or other passengers

  • Attempts to load excess or unsafe luggage

• The safety of all passengers and staff is our top priority.

10. Company Responsibility & Force Majeure

• We operate in accordance with Greek law and professional transport standards.

• We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather, road closures).

• Estimated travel times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers connecting to other transportation should allow sufficient time between services.

11. Vehicle Substitution

• If the assigned vehicle is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to provide a comparable alternative vehicle without extra charge.

12. Gratuity

• Tipping is not included in our rates.

• A gratuity of approximately 10% is appreciated for excellent service, but is entirely optional.
